There are many really cool websites out there that can help you connect back with Real Food. I don’t know if everyone knows about all the information out there, so I thought I would share what I have learned on my own journey. Take what you like and do with it what you wish.
100 Days of Real Food Lisa Leake and her family are on a mission to eat zero processed foods. They took on this challenge in the hopes to complete 100 days, but two years later they are still at it. Lisa has great FB posts about what she packs in her kids lunches everyday.
Eat Drink Better This website does a great job sharing recipes, advice about the environment, and keeping the public informed about what is happening in Big Agriculture.
One Green Planet wants to help everyone make conscious decisions that help the planet.
Organic Consumers Association They campaign for health, justice, sustainability, peace, and democracy. This is a newsletter that has several articles about organic food production in the U.S.
If you are interested in vegetarian or vegan food, there are a lot of sites that I follow on Facebook that you might be interested in. Here is a list of links that I urge you to check out no matter what you normally eat. You never know! You might see something that looks super good and decide you want to try something new!
